The chairs were well-packaged, and delivered on-time.
When delivered, I found one component missing; they responded immediately to my e-mail, and the parts arrived immediately.
The quality was better than I expected, and quite comfortable, especially considering the price.
the chairs have been in use since before Christmas, and they are still exceeding my original expectations.
